Maya Getman is on a mission of helping organization build strong ethics and compliance programs.

Trained as a lawyer, she has 9 years’ experience in healthcare industry in ethics, risk and compliance. Maya started shaping compliance program in Ukraine, in a high corruption perception external environment, worked in a monitoring team focusing on Central Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa countries, learning in a diverse and rapidly transforming environment.

Today Maya is a Global Program Lead in Ethics, Risk and Compliance in Novartis, a global healthcare company that reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives.
