Luxy Thuraisingam is a growth-focused marketing professional with repeated success guiding sizable teams to develop brands and overcome competitive markets across various industries, including not-for- profit, pharmaceutical, financial services and technology.
She has earned a solid reputation as a strategic change agent and persistent problem-solver with the proven history of driving record campaign responses, applying expertise of current trends and data analysis to fine tune strategies.
Currently, she is VP Marketing, Canada at CISCO where she provides leadership and hands-on management to define marketing strategy development and field execution, in collaboration with Americas Marketing & Communications leadership team, and the broader global marketing community.
Prior to CISCO, Luxy had joined Rogers Communications as Brand Director for the Business Unit, where she was responsible for initiating, developing and driving strategic brand marketing programs. Recognized for her expertise to drive growth through ROI based approaches and data driven acquisition, she was asked to take on a leadership role to build and guide the digital performance competency across the organization. In that role, she led colleagues and leadership teams to better link digital media investment to marketing demand generation results across all brands including Rogers, Chatr, Fido and media brands.

Outside of the office, Luxy finds ways to give back to the community by teaching, active member of the Canadian Marketing Council or getting involved in various boards as an advisor. When she’s not working, Luxy enjoys spending time with her husband and twins, travelling near and far.
Luxy received her Hons. BSc from the University of Toronto and was awarded her MBA from the University of London in England.
