Lisa has spent over 15 years working with some of the world’s biggest brands across a wide range of procurement activities. She is an expert in HR procurement strategy and is currently VP, Head of Indirect Procurement at Pearson, the world’s largest education company. In her 3 years at Pearson Lisa has transformed the HR procurement policy, process, and systems. Some projects include the implementation of a single approach to sourcing and management of Pearson’s Contingent workforce in the UK and North America; and collaborating with HR Reward on the transformation of benefits in the US and UK. Lisa spent her early years at Anheuser Busch and, prior to Pearson, 6 years at GSK leading procurement for Mergers and Acquisitions, HR and Professional Services.
