Leonie Sandelbaum is the Head of Client Servicing in Wholesale Banking Operations and serves as Deputy COO for the WB Transaction Services/Group Treasury domain delivering a fundamental, innovative, and groundbreaking servicing experience for corporate clients.

Prior to her current role, Leonie was the Chief of Staff to ING’s Head of Corporate Strategy. She worked closely with ING’s Management Board to develop and align the Think Forward strategy for ING’s global organization.

Before joining ING in 2016, Leonie worked for more than 7 years in Deloitte & IBM Consulting in Germany advising big universal banks in post-merger integration, outsourcing, and core banking implementation projects.

Over the past 12 years, Leonie has gained broad experience in international transformation projects and holds an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Diego (California, USA).
