Krysia is a former award-winning journalist who has spent more than a decade at the global life sciences company Bayer, working in strategic and leadership roles focused on strategic messaging, communications, change management and innovation engagement.
She is currently Head of Communications at Bayer Vital, Bayer’s Germany organization for the Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health divisions.
Before joining Bayer, Krysia was a journalist for the Birmingham Evening Mail, UK, where her accolades included winning first prize as Young Professional of the Year in the UK Medical Journalism Awards. After moving to Germany, she worked for Thomson Reuters as a pharmaceuticals correspondent, and also wrote for The Guardian, The Independent and BBC Online.
Krysia holds a Master’s degree in Journalism, as well as a Joint HonoursBachelor in French and Music from Royal Holloway, University of London, which included an Erasmus year at the Sorbonne University, Paris.
She says: “I love co-creating with and learning from inspiring people – including my two boys – who also dream big, start small, and fail fast.”
