Kerris Hougardy is the Vice President of People Services for North America and a member of Colliers International’s senior leadership team. Reporting to the CEOs of the US and Canada, she provides senior HR leadership support to all business units across North America, encompassing approximately 7000+ professionals. She leads a team of 70+ human resources professionals and oversees all aspects of the people strategy including talent management, recruitment, employee experience, total rewards, HR technology, and learning & development. In addition, Kerris is an Executive Champion of the Colliers North American Diversity & Inclusion Program.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kerris was the Director of Talent at Catalyst Paper overseeing their North American Recruitment and Workforce Planning function as well as HR Business Partner to all corporate employees. Kerris is a certified HR practitioner who, since graduating with a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages, has gained over 19 years’ international recruitment experience at mid to senior management level across a number of industry sectors and has worked in senior leadership roles for large international and small boutique recruitment firms, including 5 years running her own niche search and selection business in the UK. Kerris relocated with her family from the UK to Canada in 2011.Back to Event Page
