Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer
Laurentian Bank of Canada

Inji is the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer at Laurentian Bank of Canada, and has a proven track record of success working with C-level executives in the Canadian financial sector and multinational operations, and with high officials in the European and Egyptian governments. With over than 15 years of experience in operations, business, and project management, Inji enjoys achieving her goals by assisting leaders to get to theirs, and providing valuable support to leaders and organizations that she believes in. Coupled with a strong background in communications, Inji had the unique opportunity to consult with the European Union and assisted 32 short-term experts from the European Union (France, Italy, and the Netherlands) in more than 80 missions.

The desire to learn and achieve is her ultimate source of motivation. She is a hard worker who throws herself into her work, but if you asked her about the toughest work she has done so far, she would say it is, “to find the self from within, to change it positively, and to use it to create a positive impact.” Born and raised in Egypt, Inji moved to Canada in 2018. She is a life-long learner with a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature, a Post-Graduate degree in Translation and Interpreting, and a certificate in Corporate Business Communications. She speaks three languages: Arabic, French, and English.
