Acting as the central contact point to “run the business of IT”, Eliza also works closely with market teams to ensure consistency across various platforms, mapped through global IT dashboards to track performance and Net Promotor Scores.
Eliza also has a dotted line to PMI’s Chief Strategy Officer overseeing Strategy & Planning for the I.T. function, ensuring the department’s efforts are aligned with the organization’s overarching objectives.
Originally from South Africa, with over 20 years of experience in the IT space in Europe and her home country, Eliza has a wealth of knowledge leading global digital transformation initiatives in both B2B and B2C environments, defining new direct to customer business models through new technology.
